When it comes to getting no power from your car to the RV battery on your 2020 Subaru Ascent it sounds like there could be a loose wire somewhere on your vehicle, or there could be dirt or debris in the pins where you would plug into the car. I would recommend using The Hook Probe Circuit Tester Kit # PTW2993 to see which wire is not getting power. This will also test each function of the plug and let you know which one is which. To find the fuse I would recommend reaching out to Subaru and seeing where it could be located. I would try the tester kit first.
