Looking for 50 Amp Twist Lock Female to 15 Amp Male With Power to Both Legs of System

Question:
I have a Southwire Surge Guard unit in my 50amp fifth wheel. I’m looking for a 90 degree twist lock dogbone adapter to 15amp extension cord to assist my solar charger and inverter system while in storage. The low budget version I have currently does not provide power to both legs of the 50amp end and the Surge Guard rejects it. Does this product supply both legs with 120 volts?

The Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter - 50 Amp Twist Lock Female to 15 Amp Male, # A10-1550D90VP will not provide power to both legs. That is not possible with this 15amp design.
