I have two hitch bike racks I recommend, depending on the bikes you will be carrying on your 2017 Nissan Pathfinder.

My first recommendation is the Saris MHS Modular Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting, part # SAR73MR. This hitch bike rack has a maximum weight limit of 60 lbs per bike. It is fender friendly, provided your front fender does not extend past the 2 o' clock position of your front wheel.

My second recommendation is the The Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black, part # BA22B, has the workmanship Kuat is known for AND it is rated to carry bikes up to 60 lbs per bike. It also has the quality workmanship you associate with Kuat products. However, it is not fender friendly.

Yes, the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Black, part # SH22B, will fit your 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. You will need 6", or less, between the center of your hitch pin hole to the closest edge your vehicle's bumper. The closest part of the Kuat Sherpa to the center of the hitch pin hole is 7-1/2" when in the folded-up position. It is also an excellent hitch bike rack, but it does have a major limitation - it has a maximum weight limit of 40 lbs per bike.
