Question:
Can it be installed in a 1996 Vectra

Expert Reply:
Fitment of the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater, # EX93FR is dependent in large part of having decent air turnover.
This is a vent-free design with an ODS (Oxygen Depletion Safety) shutoff device that will detect low levels of oxygen for safety. Simply having a ventilation fan in operation during use will accomplish this need. Otherwise, it requires only 2" of clearance on each side and 8" above the unit and per the manufacturer it must be installed in an upright position (vent facing upwards). So this quit adaptable to retrofitting in your 1996 Vectra motorhome.
