Replacement Stereo For A Furrion DV7200 RV Stereo

Question:

If I am replacing a Furrion DV7200 with this unit which I know will fit perfectly in the cabinet hole… how do I handle the difference in the wiring harness. The Furrion is an 8 pin harness and the Jensen is a 10 pin harness, so not a “plug an play”. is there an adapter?

I took a look at the Jensen Mechless RV Stereo # JWM20, and compared it to your existing the Furrion Mechless RV Stereo # DV7200, which is no longer available, and it appears that both the Furrion DC7200 and the Jensen # JWM20 have 10 wires.

The Jensen stereo # JWM20 will install the same way the Furrion DV7200 stereo does, and will need to be hardwired as an adapter is not offered.

This is very common, as you're always going to have to hardwire a new stereo. Each wire will be labeled so when you're wiring the new radio, it should be fairly straightforward.

The Jensen # JWM20 stereo also includes 2 HDMI, 1 USB, 1 RCA input, 1 RCA output, as well as, 1 subwoofer output.
