When it comes to installing a trailer hitch on your 2022 Kia Soul The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 inch # C67FR you will not have to cut the bumper. There is no drilling required for the installation, the exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation.
The hitch is a bolt-on installation - with no welding required. The hitch has a gloss black powder coat finish that is over a protective base coat that offers a superior rust resistance. We do not currently have an installation video of this hitch being installed on your 2022 Kia Soul since it is still a newer vehicle.
