Question:
The Carefree Power Winch electric winch motor assembly shaft Carefree part no R001749 sheared right off/broke at the motor, meaning we wereinch looking to replace that part. However, it seems the universe no longer has this replacement part for this particular system, so I am look to purchase a new electric winch that can replace the P92001 Powerwinch. OR alternatively just replace it with a manual winch because I am getting so frustrated Any suggestions?

Either of these two options would work. You will need an electric winch that loads in an out, so you can raise and lower your pop up. The Superwinch LT2000 ATV Winch - Wire Rope - Roller Fairlead - 2,000 lbs, part # 1120210, you attached to your question is a perfect option.
If you plan on using a manual winch instead, you can use the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - TUFFPLATE Finish - 2 Speed - Direct Drive - 2,500 lbs, part # DL14830, which can raise and lower your pop up. If you need replacement cable, part # DL24045, will work with this winch.
I have included product description links and a video demo link below.
