Does Prodigy P3 Brake Controller have Switch to Turn Off and On

dear sirs, got your 90195, hooked everything up, it never powers off. i understand the up and down arrows are for power, but the unit never shuts off. what am i doing wrong ? thx,

The Prodigy P3 brake controller # 90195 does not have a off/on switch or button and instead goes into sleep mode after 10 minutes or so where it would not draw any power. This allows prevents the controllers settings from being reset and prevents the battery from being drained.
