I bought for my 2006 Ford Crown Victoria Tire chain is installed front tires or rear tire thanks

If only one set of tire chains is going to be used on a vehicle you want to put the chains on the drive axle. Since your 2006 Ford Crown Victoria is rear wheel drive you would want to install the chains on the rear wheels.
You will want to consult your owners manual for any restrictions or regulations on running tire chains on your vehicle.
