Installing LED Light Bulb Load Resistor Kit

Question:
i have an 09 chevy malibu and put some leds and i need to put the resistor kits but i dont know which wires to splice. which wires do i splice the resistor kits to.

Each bulb should have a power wire and a ground wire. As you can see in the diagram I provided, one lead of the resistor is tapped into the power wire, and the other lead of the resistor can either ground to the vehicle or tap into the ground wire from the lamp.
