Replacement Trailer Jack for Dutton Lainson Jack of Ranger Trailer

Question:

The DL24MR is a topwind jack and cannot be used on this trailer. The bow of the boat does not allow for clearance to operate it when the pivoting jack is in the upright position.

The only trailer jack we can recommend that would fit on the same frame mount as your 2012 Ranger trailer that has a Dutton Lainson jack currently is another DL jack like with the part # DL24MR since all of the jack manufacturers use slightly different mounts. Typically the DL jacks work well so I would be inclined to believe that your jack had issues before you got it and the new # DL24MR would work well in place of it.

If you did want to switch up the brand the Fulton part # FXP10 that you referenced would work but you'd have to weld or bolt on the included bracket in place of what you have now.
