I checked with Thule and the GateWay Pro part # TH88VR is a fit for your 2019 Chevy Cruze hatchback and uses the fit dial number of 8. Here's the full list of fit info:
101. Place top clips in the gap at the front edge of the top of the trunk, hatch or door.
102. Place lower clips in the bottom edge of trunk or hatch.
121. Caution: Rear wiper can not be used when carrier is mounted.
128. Lower arm of carrier should be positioned on upper tier of bumper.
