I took a look at what you're needing, and it appears that we do not have a replacement front anchor plate for your 2017 Ram 3500 Dually long-bed, however, I know it isn't ideal, but you might be interested in checking out the HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # LC236326-205221 instead.
This is a custom fit kit that comes with two front anchor plates, two rear brackets and anchors, one stabilizing bar, two bumper braces, and installation hardware.
If you don't already, you'll need a set of turnbuckles # LC182895 to secure your camper to the tie downs.
