When it comes to installing The Derale 20 inch Rigid, Steel-Blade Race Fan - Belt Driven - 8,000 RPM # D17320 on your 1985 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup will work if the mounting hole space on your original fan is between 1-3/4 inches to 2-1/4 inches, and has a pilot hole of 5/8 inches.
If yours measures out to be different please reach back out and I can try and find something that will work.
