Question:

Can I install your enhanced rear sway bar while keeping the factory one?If so do you know of a truck service shop in the Miami area that will do that? I have 2022 Ford E450 V8 RV and would like to add the rear sway bar while keeping the factory one .

For your Class C motorhome on a 2022 Ford E-450 chassis, I recommend the highly rated Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-147. This is a 1-1/2" diameter anti-sway bar made from 4140 chromoly steel that replaces the factory bar.

The effectiveness of the Roadmaster anti-sway bars is in the diameter and quality of the steel they are constructed from. Roadmaster claims that for every 1/8" increase in diameter there is roughly a 30% increase in torsional resistance (body roll). Their aftermarket anti-sway bars are generally 3/8" to 3/4" increase over factory and constructed with 4140 chromoly steel.
