Question:

Looking to get an EcoHitch, item # EH47FR, for my 2010 Mini. I see two possible installers on your web page. Can I have the hitch, and possibly other pieces like a wiring harness, sent directly to the installer or should or should I have it sent to me then I take it to the installer at appointment time?

I recommend having the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH47FR for your 2010 Mini Cooper mailed to you directly. This will allow you to be able to personally inspect the parts for any possible damage due to shipping. In my experience the technician who is performing the installation will not get the parts until your vehicle is there to install. In the event there is something wrong with the parts they will not know until you arrive.

The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will give you a 4-way flat connector. This will be needed for small trailers as well as Auxiliary Lights # C53201 for a cargo carrier or bike rack that impairs the view of your tail lights.
