Question:
I have a 2020 Keystone Cougar 302RLS 5th Wheel. The rear awning will not close because the gears are broken therefore we cannot close it with the motor or manually. Would you have any idea which replacement gear pack I would need? I have attached pictures from my awning. Thanks for any help in getting the correct part.

I spoke with Lippert in regards to your Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning # LC517505, and they have informed me that the correct gear pack is the:
-Replacement Gear Pack for Lippert Solera Awning Motor # LC78VR.
Additionally, if you ever need to replace your controller, you can use # LC717666, and should you need a new motor, you can use # LC373566.
