Yes, the Hydrastar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness item # HS381-9065 will work with the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller item # RED44FR. The Tow-Pro Elite works with electric over hydraulic brakes.
