Replacement Converter Recommendation For An American/Centurion CS6000 Converter

Hi there! I recently began hearing a really loud buzzing sound coming from my power control panel. After doing some research I saw the company that makes the one for my RV is no longer around. I have a American CS6000 not the CS6000xl. I saw that you guys have a Progressive Dynamics replacement PD4560K18LS8 that in one of the QandA’s someone from Etrailer mentioned it is a replacement for the CS6000XL. Wondering if this would also be the case for my CS6000? If not, would there be a better option? Thanks!

The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4560K18LS8 that you reference will work fine as a replacement for your American/Centurion CS6000 Converter.

Since there isn't any direct replacements available for this unit, this is your best option as this unit has the same amperage rating and also has a charge wizard that will monitor your batteries and will automatically begin charging when needed.
