Yes! I confirmed with Saris that the Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount # SA805BL definitely fits your 2021 Honda HR-V.
I also confirmed that in order to have the correct fitment of the rack, the installation requires one set of hatch huggers # SA3035 to replace the side hooks. These hatch huggers are designed to anchor the Saris Bones 2 by threading it through the line of your trunk. I went ahead and attached a demonstration video that outlines how these work.
