Question:
My Thetford 31672 toilet is very loose . Tighten the nuts is just moving the bolt! Should I replace new flange and bolts and gasket? If so which one to purchase

You are correct, replacing the flange and gasket should take care of the issue. You can determine the correct flange based on your current flange threading. If you have a male thread you need the Replacement RV Toilet Floor Flange - 3" MPT # T05-0782. For the femail threading you need the # T05-0784. For the gasket and bolts you can use the Valterra RV Toilet Floor Gasket with Hold Down Bolts # Q23653VP.
