For a great tow hitch for your 2007 Ford Focus S, I recommend the Curt Hitch - 1-1/4" # C11294. Not only does this hitch include a super easy installation process that only takes about 30 minutes to complete, it also comes with a higher-quality gloss outer coating over the base powder coat that provides better resistance against rust than the competitor Draw-Tite option. With this factor, you do not need to worry about deterioration. It comes with all mounting hardware required for a bolt-on install. I also confirmed with Curt that it is compatible with your S package.
If you need a wiring harness in addition to the hitch, I recommend the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester # 18252. This harness requires hardwiring into your current wiring. We do not carry a plug-and-play option for the 2007 Ford Focus. I went ahead and attached an installation walkthrough video to help you.
