My Lexus es 330 has tires 215/60 r16. Shur Grip tire chains box doesnt show this size but does have 215/60 r15. Can I use it?

The Konig tire chains, part # TH04115097, you attached to your question do not fit your vehicle. Your vehicle will need the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Pro Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - Easy Fit CU9 - Size 100, part # TH04115100, instead.
