The MORryde StepAbove Strut Assist Fold-Down Step Depth in RV When Folded Up
Published 05/05/2022 >
Question:
When you say the mounting bracket is 12 5/16 deep is that with the stairs not extended and on the ground or does the mounting bracket stick out 12 5/16 into the room when the stairs are stowed and the door is closed for travel. My MR65RR mounting bracket only sticks out from the wall approximately 3 to 4 inches when the stairs are in use. The 12 5/16 depth is really confusing. Can you clarify this dimension? Thanks

The depth of the MORryde StepAbove Strut Assist Fold-Down Step # MR85RR is 12-5/16 inches when it is in the up and folded in position. Basically it's how far the steps would take up inside the RV.
