The important thing to consider when choosing a panoramic clip-on rear view mirror, is the size of your current rear view mirrors. The clips on the K-Source Extra Long Panoramic Rearview Mirror, # KSRM011, that you referenced are adjustable from 2 inches to 3 inches apart. You will want to measure the height of the rearview mirrors on your Accord and Navigator to determine if the K-Source panoramic mirror will fit.
K-Source also offers a similar panoramic mirror, part # KSRM1300, that will fit mirrors up to 3-1/8 inches tall. If the rearview mirrors of your Navigator and Accord will not fit with either of these mirrors, let me know the overall height of the mirrors and I can look into other options for you.
