Will the Curt replacement head Item # C16515 fit on my reese 16k slider hitch?

Fifth wheel hitch heads and slider bases have to be the same brand as they are not interchangeable. You can fit different brand hitches into each others rails but the hitches all have to be the same brand. So the head you'd want is the part # RP58146.
