I have a 2016 Itasca Sunova, Lippert slide out that has a bad switch. I can’t seem to locate a 3 prong slide out switch

The slide out switches are fairly universal so you can replace yours with the Lippert Slide-Out Switch Assembly part # LC117460 so long as you wire it according to the chart below.
