Dimensions of the Replacement Mounting Plate for Thule Spare Me Spare-Tire-Mounted Bike Carrier

Question:

I have a strange rewelded spare tire holder on my Chevrolet Tracker and recently received a used 963 rack from a friend without a mounting plate. The part suggested through Thule is 753-3532, but im not sure if the suggested plate will fit on the fixed tire holder... To measure if its the right part...would you be able to tell me what is the general dimension of the plate such as Radius, and distance from holes to center bar? Thank you in advance!

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Replacement Mounting Plate, # 753-3532, to take some measurements. Since there are so many different holes and possibilities on this item, I went ahead and made a diagram and video for you showing the most relevant dimensions.
