Will the T-nuts used in the top slot on a Thule WingBar EVO cross bar fit in the top T-slot on a Yakima JetStream cross bar? Or. is it possible to get T-nuts for a Yakima JetStream cross bars with a 6mm threaded hole? Thank you,

It truly depends on what Thule kayak carrier you wish to use on the Yakima JetStream Crossbars. For example, the Thule DockGlide # TH896 is compatible with the top slots of the JetStream crossbars without any additional nuts. I definitely recommend the DockGlide because it is a saddle-mount style that is much easier to load than the awkward positioning of j-style carriers.
In order to have a full JetStream setup of a roof rack on your 2022 Toyota Highlander, it depends on what roof type you have.
If you have a bare roof with no rails, I recommend the following setup:
