For your 2002 Harley Road Glide you will want to use the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System for Trailers - Harley-Davidson Touring # BWMC2301. To determine if your Honda will be able to use a one of these systems you will need to check the frame for your Honda. Please see the image below and if your Honda frame meets the requirements send me the frame dimension information and I will find you the correct system for that frame.
