The Blaylock EZ Jack and Wheel Chock for Tandem-Axle Trailers # EZ-JACK is the EZ-100 EZ jack from Baylock. We use our own part numbers that are different from the manufacturers part numbers. It can support up to 20,000lbs and provides up to 6" of lift.
