How many shock absorbers are in AMSC4?

The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned Ball Mount, # AMSC4, has two shock absorbers, one in front of the pin hole and one behind the pin hole. This is true for all Convert-A-Ball cushioned ball mounts. Check out the diagram I attached.
