The best trailer brake controller for your 2019 Ram 3500 is the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller, # C51180. This is a proportional brake controller which responds to the deceleration of your truck for smooth braking (you will not have to push any buttons to activate your trailer's brakes), and is easily set up with an app on your smartphone. The Curt Echo # C51180 will simply plug into the 7-way on the back of your Ram 3500 with absolutely no additional wiring necessary. And if you have more than one truck, you can easily unplug and move to the other.
