the summo spring for a 2009 topkick, 2 wheel drive front axle. what is the length of this bump stop.

The bump stop is 5" long on the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Front Axle item # SSF-281-47. The bracket is 7/8". This is a confirmed fit for a 2009 GMC Topkick. I have attached a diagram I made below.
