I would like this spring to make immediate contact with axel. Does sumo make a spacer or dies the package come with one?

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-306-47 are designed for the height and travel of the suspension on your 2002-2008 Dodge Ram 1500. First I recommend checking the height of your Ram from the bump stop mount to the axle pad. These SumoSprings are 7-1/4" tall and if that matches the height of your bracket to the pad they will fit without a spacer. If you were to use a spacer it may damage the assembly by restricting the maximum amount of travel of this spring.
