We are looking for a 84 inch rear cam lock for our trailer door. Unfortunately, not seeing any that are long enough. Curious if you make any that are 84. Inches or know where I could get one. Thank you

Based on your image it looks like you only need a Replacement Handle Assembly # PLR158-100-SS welded onto the cam lock that you already have.
If the entire assembly needs replaced the Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch w/ Split Bushings for Large Enclosed Trailers # PLR658-SSP is designed to be used with a 1" diameter pipe since we do not have one that is for your 84" trailer door. The parts are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance on your trailer.
