Question:

Will the Adarac Pro Series ladder Racks vertical up rights become loose when loading and unloading a 75#, 15foot canoe over time? What would be a better rack option if not the Adarac Pro Series? Thanks for your time and reply.

The bolts included in the Adarac Pro Series # A23DJ would really only wear out over time if you kept loosening and tightening them constantly. Because this rack mounts inside of the stake pockets it is also compatible with certain tonneau covers so that you don't have to choose between the two. Overall it's a great economically priced ladder rack with a lot of adjustability.

If you're looking for an easier to use ladder rack then I recommend the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-783. The uprights of this ladder rack have knobs to tighten or loosen to easily slide the uprights exactly where you need them without the need for a tool. The rails mount in the stake pockets of your Colorado's bed for the ability to use certain tonneau covers as well.
