Yes, the Bulldog Winch Light Duty On-Board Air Compressor # BDW46TJ can be used to fill a Firestone Air Tank, 5 Gallon # F9246. This compressor will connect directly to the tank as they both use 1/4" NPT fittings. The compressor is delivers up to 130psi while the Firestone tank is rated for up to 150psi.
