For your 2018 Heartland RV Mallard Travel Trailer, you can use the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - Black Waterproof Switch Kit - 30" Lift # LC298707, which is a direct replacement for your Lippert stabilizer 298707.
As far as the difference between the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC369774 and the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 goes, the only real difference is the color of the controller. The Lippert # LC298707 has a black controller, and # LC369774 has a white controller.
Other than that, they are the exact same jack.
