Yes it will; B&W base rails, including the B&W Custom Installation Kit with Base Rails # BWRVK2604 you mentioned, give you industry-standard base rails. Both the fixed and sliding Curt A16 hitches mount to industry-standard base rails, so either will mount directly to the B&W rails. The part numbers for the two hitches are the following:

- Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with R16 Slider # C16521
