looking for a lift kit for my trailer. I have a sure trac single axle trailer. I measured around the axle and its 71/2. Which kit do i need?

Based on your trailer axle circumference being 7-1/2 inches that would indicate the diameter is 2-3/8 inches and the over under kit part # K71-384-00 that you referenced would fit.
