Hi, I need one plastic fender, 13 inch tire, white, 2 step, bolt on, with front and rear light, thanks

We don't have any trailer fenders that have lights built into them but you could use the Redline single axle trailer fender kit part # PF11X35W which is a kit for a single plastic fender for a 13 inch wheel with brackets.
To add clearance lights to it you could use the part # MCL112RKB for a red light and/or part # MCL112AKB for amber.
