For your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD High Country you will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57288. This kit is not compatible with the adaptive ride control if you have that option on your Silverado.

The Air Lift # AL57388 is only for the Trail Boss trims since it comes with a factory lift installed.

I recommend using the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ to control the air pressure in your air bags. This kit allows you to adjust the air pressure from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. This means no additional air lines to run into the cab with large gauges or remotes that require separate batteries. It also has a smart manifold that maintains the air pressure in each bag to within 3psi of your settings while the vehicle is being operated.
