My research indicates that your 2021 Heartland Cyclone 4007 is equipped with a Lippert 1621 pin box, but you'll want to confirm that for yourself by checking out the label on the pin box. If you can get me the serial number printed there, I can contact Lippert and have them decode it for me.

If you do indeed have the Lippert 1621, the Gen-Y # GY46FR Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box would be a direct replacement for your existing OEM pin box.
