We do have the correct CIPA slip-on towing mirror for your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 passenger side, though it is a different part number than the one you mentioned. I verified with the manufacturer that the correct fit is the following:
- CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Passenger Side # CM10952
These will fit all models of '18 Sierra 1500 except LT and SLT with a 6.2L engine, and also will not fit if you have full chrome mirrors.
