What does the Momentary button do on the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel?

I spoke with a representative from Progressive Dynamics. They told me the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 60 Amp, part # PD4060K, is not compatible with any of the remote pendants because that functionality is built into the unit. You can change from smart charge to standard charge and monitor the system from the panel.

The momentary button changes the battery charger to the high output mode. In this mode, the output is 14.4V. If you have a lead acid or AGM battery, you can use this mode. If your battery gets discharged, you can switch to this mode to lessen the charge time of your battery. Provided you have the correct battery.,
