Is There Down Side to Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series 60 Amp Over 45 Amp

Are there any CONS to choosing a 60 AMP 4000 Series Inteli-Power Mighty Mini RV Converter over a 45 AMP? I am replacing an older 25 AMP unit altogether.

Having the extra amperage of the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 60 Amp # PD4060K has no down side. You'd at worst just have more power available than you'd need.
