Looking to install a puck system fifth wheel hitch on my truck what do I need for the installation on the bed?

In order to install your 5th wheel hitch that fits the pucks for a 2013 F-250 with the prep package you will need the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # RP30126. This matches the factory system exactly so you will be able to use your 5th wheel hitch once installed.
If you would also like the option of having the gooseneck then you could install the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty - 25,000 lbs # RP30138-26 instead. If you would like to have a 7-way connection in the bed of your truck for your 5th wheel, you might also be interested in the # C56070.
