Dual Hitch Adapter for Flat Towing Vehicle and Carrying Bike Rack

Question:
Im looking for a dual hitch that would allow me to tow a car on a tow dolly and also have a bike rack. Your product 14-1618 says it only for flat towing. I have seen them on other vehicles so I believe there is something out there. Thank you.

You could use the Curt dual hitch adapter part # D210 which has a lower ball mount platform and a higher hitch opening you could use for a bike rack.
