Question:
What rail would I need for my 2001 Ford F-150? The person I bought the camper from included the hitch itself but not the rails. Thanks.

If you just need the rails I suggest going with the Curt rails. For your specific truck I recommend these:
Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F150 and F250 - Carbide Finish # C16437-204.
They are an ISR, industry standard rail, that most brands will fit into.
If you do not already have a 7 way connector in the bed of your truck, I recommend the following one from Curt.
Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 7' Long # C56070.
